The grey box that’s been on every critical control valve for the last 20 years
Walk into any refinery or chemical plant and half the valves still have a grey DVC6200 on top. It replaced the old 3582 pneumatic positioners and never looked back. It just works – HART, auto-tune in 2 minutes, diagnostics that actually tell you when the valve is sticky, and it keeps running even when the air is wet and dirty. Most units are still the original ones installed in the early 2000s.
